Adhering to the ancient tradition of respecting the land and all its offerings, Gaetano Schiralli’s Crudo Extra Virgin Olive Oil exhibits flavors of artichoke hearts and a pleasing bitterness for a rounded, peppery finish.

Their oil is named "Crudo" in a nod to their traditional method of production that ensures a completely unadulterated finished product. These 2018 olives were grown, harvested and pressed using a process that minimizes oxidation and produces a pure oil rich in polyphenols.

Puglia is the breadbasket of Italy - their fields of wheat and vegetables feed the wealthier parts of the world. However, their foods are made by hard-working farmers like the Schiralli family farm, which now has 8,000 olive trees on 20 acres of gorgeous land in the foothills.

Crudo consistently wins Gold Medal awards at the world's most prestigious extra virgin olive oil competitions.
