Pick-up: Items purchased through our online store can be picked up at our store location in Downtown McKinney. We will send you an email confirming your items are ready for pickup. There is a loading bay directly across from our McKinney location, please call us when you arrive and we will bring the item to you. Our location has no curb side parking bay. Alternatively, you can walk into the stores to collect your orders during regular business hours.
Shipping: All of our orders are processed and shipped out of our warehouse in McKinney Texas. All packages are shipped using USPS or UPS which offers up to the minute tracking information and estimated delivery times on all orders. Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped with 72 hours, when a delay occurs, we will reach out to you via email and communicate the length of delay and the reason for it. Rejected or unauthorized returns will be shipped back to our warehouse and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and therefore will be deducted from the return amount. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
Eco Focused Shipping: We pride ourselves on our carbon footprint. All boxes and packing materials shipped form Ettiene Market are repurposed boxes which is why you may receive a box with Amazon, Jack Rudy or Weck written across the front, you may also find compostable foam pellets, bubble wrap, paper and other cushion goods which we have reused from those goods we receive at Ettiene Market.
Within 14 Days - It is our hope that you're completely satisfied with your purchase, but in the chance that you are not, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Items ineligible for return include pantry & food items, Weck Jars, Magnolia Pearl, special order items, sale items and anything used or worn. Once your return is received at the store we will review the contents to ensure they meet our return policy requirements outlined above. Once approved we will issue a refund and notify you via a confirmation email. We are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 3-6 business days for refunds to appear on your credit statement.
