Delivery: We are pleased to offer free Local Delivery in McKinney and Bishop Arts only and $10 delivery for those made within the DFW area.  Items purchased through our online store, via the phone or in person will be delivered within 24 hours unless other arrangements have been made.   

Pick-up: Items purchased through our online store can be picked up at our store location in Bishop Arts and Downtown McKinney.  We will send you an email confirming your items are ready for pickup. There is a loading bay directly across from our McKinney location, please call us when you arrive and we will bring the item to you.  There is no loading bay in Bishop Arts, however if you call us, we do our best to bring it to your car.  Neither location has a curb side parking bay.  Alternativly, you can walk into the stores to collect your orders during regular business hours.  

Shipping:  All of our orders are processed and shipped out of our warehouse in McKinney Texas.    All packages are shipped using USPS or UPS which offers up to the minute tracking information and estimated delivery times on all orders.  Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped with 72 hours, when a delay occurs, we will reach out to you via email and communicate the length of delay and the reason for it.  Rejected or unauthorized returns will be shipped back to our warehouse and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and therefore will be deducted from the return amount.  Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.  

Eco Focused Shipping: We pride ourselves on our carbon footprint.  All boxes and packing materials shipped form Ettiene Market are repurposed boxes which is why you may receive a box with Amazon, Jack Rudy or Weck written across the front, you may also find compostable foam pellets, bubble wrap, paper and other cushion goods which we have reused from those goods we receive at Ettiene Market. 

 

Shipped Returns:

Within 14 Days - It is our hope that you're completely satisfied with your purchase, but in the chance that you are not, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.  Items ineligible for return include pantry & food items, Weck Jars, Magnolia Pearl, special order items, sale items and anything used or worn. We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in their original packaging or meet this criteria.  Please call our warehouse to arrange a return, 469.823.1935. 

Once your return is received at the store we will review the contents to ensure they meet our return policy requirements outlined above. Once approved we will issue a refund and notify you via a confirmation email. We are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 3-6 business days for refunds to appear on your credit statement. 

Store Returns:

Gift receipts are ineligible for a refund and valid for in-store credit or exchange only.
