1.5 Oz White Rum
0.75 Oz Fresh Squeezed grapefruit
0.75 Oz Elderflower Syrup
0.5 Oz Gum Syrup
Sprig of Mint
Top with Topo Chico and Ice
Add All Ingredients To A Cocktail Shaker. Shake Briefly To Combine. Strain Into Highball Glass. Top With Crushed Ice, sprig of mint and topo chico.
